We are building a premium fashion streetwear brand Dolph & Elph, focused on identity-driven, minimal luxury apparel.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Social Growth Specialist who can work with us on a monthly retainer basis to scale brand awareness, website traffic, and most importantly, sales.

Scope of Work

We need someone who can handle end-to-end growth marketing across multiple platforms:

- Instagram growth strategy
- Facebook & Meta ads management
- LinkedIn brand positioning
- X (Twitter) audience engagement
- Retargeting and conversion campaigns
- Funnel creation for website visitors
- Pixel setup, event tracking & analytics
- Influencer collaboration strategy
- Community building & remarketing
- Sales-driven campaign optimization
- ROAS and CAC improvement
- Monthly reporting with actionable insights

Main Goal

The objective is to:

- Increase website sales
- Improve conversion rate
- Build a premium brand perception
- Increase repeat customers
- Reduce customer acquisition cost
- Create a strong social media presence
- Build long-term brand value

- D2C fashion brands
- Streetwear / luxury apparel brands
- Premium audience targeting

- FOMO, scarcity, and drop marketing campaigns
