I’m looking for someone experienced with paid ads to help drive consistent sales for an online business.
This isn’t a passive role. I need someone who can come in, look at what’s currently running, and quickly improve performance.

What I’m looking for
Strong experience with Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Bonus if you’ve worked with TikTok or Google Ads
Someone who can launch and optimise quickly
Comfortable testing creatives, audiences, and angles
Understands the full journey, not just the ads
Current situation
Campaigns are live but not performing as they should
Need someone to step in straight away, identify the issues, and fix them
Timing matters — these campaigns are time-sensitive
