Mortgage Broker Facebook Leads
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m looking for a results-driven Facebook ads specialist who can consistently generate qualified residential mortgage leads and move them further down the funnel toward funded loans.
My priority is Facebook, yet I’m open to testing Instagram and TikTok once a winning campaign is established. All copy, creative, and targeting must be tailored to borrowers in the United States who are ready to refinance or purchase within the next 60 days.
Scope of work
• Audience research, look-alike and retargeting setup inside Meta Business Suite
• Compelling ad copy, images/video, and multiple hooks for split testing
• Campaign build-out in Facebook Ads Manager, including Pixel events and custom conversions
• Ongoing A/B testing, bid and budget optimization, and weekly performance reports
• Clear lead hand-off: leads delivered directly into my CRM or Google Sheet, tagged by source and campaign
* A.i. generated videos, opt in lead form, phone number validation text to confirm, chat bot
Success will be measured by cost-per-lead, lead quality (credit score, loan amount, time to close), and overall ROI.
