Meta Lead-Gen Specialist (Home Improvement) - Audit First, Quality-Focused

Job ID: 40141691

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Project Overview

We’re scaling proven homeowner lead funnels and are looking for a hands-on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead-gen specialist who has real experience running home-improvement campaigns, not just theory or general digital marketing.

Our priority is lead quality first, then scale.

We already generate exclusive homeowner leads daily. You will inherit real historical data, stable tracking, and clear benchmarks.

This engagement starts with a paid 7-day audit. If the audit is strong and we see meaningful quality improvements, we’ll move into monthly management and scaling.

Our Current Focus

Meta-first strategy
Google Ads comes later once Meta quality is proven
Start with Roofing + Windows
Initial spend: ~$50/day per ad set
Scale target: up to $5,000/day total
We care more about booking-ready homeowners than cheap CPL
Verticals We Run:

Roofing, Windows, Solar, HVAC, Bathroom Remodels, Flooring, Gutters, Walk-in Tubs, Home Security, Home Warranty, Siding.

Each vertical has compliance, messaging, and lead-quality nuances.
We are not looking to train someone new to home-improvement lead gen.

What Success Looks Like

Higher % of homeowners ready to book estimates
Fewer low-intent / unqualified leads
Stable or improved CPL without sacrificing quality
Clear, repeatable path to scale

Hard Requirements (Read Carefully)

You must have:
Hands-on Meta lead-gen experience in home-improvement or local services
Experience improving lead quality, not just lowering CPL
Comfort working with Pixel + CAPI + CRM feedback
Ability to explain exact actions you took, not just outcomes
Availability for a pre-award Freelancer call
Agreement to no account access until after call + award (security)
If you are a generalist agency, SEO shop, or mostly do web/dev work, this is not a fit.
