Meta Business Manager Dual-Brand Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for a Meta Business Manager and Facebook Ads expert to audit, clean up, and professionally set up our Meta infrastructure for two separate brands under one business ownership:
• Achieva Systems (Traffic Safety Products – India)
• IMSM Australia (ISO Certification Services – Australia)
I previously attempted to set it up myself but things have become misconfigured and confusing. I require a streamlined structure that allows each brand to run its own marketing, content, and ad campaigns with proper tracking.
Scope of Work:
1. Audit Existing Setup
• Identify and fix incorrect or duplicate asset groups and page connections
• Remove unnecessary or accidental links between brands
2. Setup Meta Business Structure
• One primary Meta Business Manager account with two brand-specific asset groups
• Each brand should have its own:
• Facebook Page
• Instagram Account
• Pixel
• Ad Account
• Billing Info
3. Page and Profile Linking
• Ensure Instagram and Facebook pages are correctly linked
• Resolve any “inactive” or “disconnected” page issues
4. Pixel and CRM Integration
• Install Meta Pixel for both brands and assist with integration (Zoho Sites, Zoho CRM)
• Ensure all CRM forms and landing pages are trackable
5. Ad Account Configuration
• Configure ad accounts for both brands with correct billing and currency
• Enable future ad campaign setup with clean tracking
6. User Access & Control
• Assign correct roles and permissions for team members
• Ensure owner has super admin access and full control
7. Documentation
• Provide a guide or walkthrough on how to manage this setup moving forward
Requirements:
• Strong experience setting up Meta Business Manager for multiple brands
• Familiarity with Pixel setup, ad tracking, and integrations (Zoho CRM experience is a bonus)
• Ability to clean up existing setups and migrate assets without data loss
• Experience in managing business accounts with multiple regions (India & Australia preferred)
• Ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently
Timeline: Preferably within 5–7 days of starting the project
