Meta Ads Specialist Who's Worked With Coaches

I run an agency that works exclusively with coaches — life coaches, health coaches, business coaches, you name it.
I'm looking to bring on a Meta Ads specialist to help run campaigns for my coaching clients. You'd be working behind the scenes under our agency — no direct client stress, just solid execution.
One non-negotiable before anything else:
You must have worked with a coach before. Not "similar clients" or "service businesses" — an actual coach. And you must have a case study to show for it.
What I need from you:
You've run real Meta Ads campaigns for coaching offers — discovery calls, webinars, high-ticket programs. You know how to build campaigns, test creatives, work with audiences, and actually move numbers.
What working together looks like:
- Building and launching campaigns for coaching offers
- Testing creatives and audiences, scaling what works
- Following our processes and communicating proactively
