Meta Ads Setup Expert for Supplement Business

We need an experienced Meta Ads freelancer to set up or organize our Meta Business Manager / Meta Ads Manager account under our business ownership and properly create one exploratory Facebook / Instagram ad for our free pouch offer. The goal is a compliant initial setup and one test ad/campaign for review or launch, not ongoing campaign management.

Scope
• Meta Business Manager / Meta Ads Manager account setup under our business email/admin ownership
• Connect or verify the Facebook Page and Instagram account where applicable
• One test campaign/ad set/ad setup for Facebook and Instagram placements
• Basic targeting, budget settings, placement settings, creative upload, and landing URL setup
• UTM setup and basic Meta Pixel/conversion-tracking guidance where applicable
• Policy review before launch for a policy-sensitive supplement/product category, with no workaround or circumvention tactics
• Screenshots and brief handoff notes showing the account, campaign, settings, and launch/review status
Bid Instructions
Please quote a flat project fee only — no hourly bids. Ad spend/media budget is separate and will be funded by us. This is for initial account setup and one test ad/campaign, not ongoing campaign management.
