Meta Ads Manager Issue Resolution

I am looking for an experienced **Meta/Facebook Ads expert** who has **personally resolved this exact issue before**.

### Issue

While publishing my Facebook/Instagram ad through Meta Ads Manager, I keep getting conflicting aspect ratio errors:

* When I upload a **9:16** video, Meta says the video is only eligible for Instagram Stories and that Instagram Feed requires an aspect ratio between **4:5 and 1.91:1**.
* When I upload a **4:5** video, Meta then says the for reels video shhould be 9:16
* I have also tested **1:1** videos, but the issue still persists.

I have already tried:

* Different aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1)
* Re-exporting videos
* Uploading different creatives

The problem still exists.
