We are seeking an experienced Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads specialist to help generate qualified leads for a specialized marketing consulting service to begin with a test pilot

We provide a specialized consulting service and are looking for someone who understands how to attract high-intent prospects and generate quality leads not simply maximize lead volume.

Our service is not geographically restricted. We are open to targeting qualified prospects across multiple markets where there is demand for our expertise.

We have run Meta campaigns previously but encountered a significant number of low-quality and irrelevant leads. Our primary objective is lead quality, relevance, and conversion potential.

Scope of Work

Develop audience targeting strategy
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns
Optimize campaigns for lead quality and conversions
Monitor performance and provide regular reporting
Recommend improvements to lead qualification and conversion processes
Trial Engagement

We will begin with a paid trial engagement of a minimum of two weeks.

The objective of this trial is to evaluate:

Strategic thinking and campaign approach
Audience targeting capabilities
Quality and relevance of leads generated
Campaign optimization skills
Communication and reporting

Successful performance during the trial period may lead to a long-term engagement.

We are evaluating based on:

Have 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
Have generated leads for consulting, advisory, professional services, SaaS, coaching, or expertise-based businesses
