Marketing Campaing for my online store

I'm looking for someone to make a good marketing campaign for my decoration online store. Has to have proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads and SEO. I have a lot of followers but few sales and I need to revert that. Need to set the campaign so I can after handle it myself. Also need counseling about what things I can improve to make the website run better.
