Mailchimp-Facebook Lead Integration

Job Description

I am seeking an experienced Mailchimp email marketing specialist to set up a complete, automated email system for a pilot program.

Facebook is my primary lead generator, and the system must be fully integrated so leads flow seamlessly from Facebook into Mailchimp and through the email journey without manual handling.

This is a one-time setup project with clear deliverables.

Scope of Work

1. Mailchimp Setup

Configure audience, tags, and basic structure (free plan)

Ensure clean segmentation for pilot participants

2. Signup & Thank You Flow

Connect Facebook lead forms to Mailchimp

Create and configure:

Signup confirmation

“Thank you for subscribing” email

Ensure leads are tagged correctly on entry

3. Welcome Email

Create and automate a welcome email that triggers immediately after signup

Align with brand tone (content provided if needed)

4. Ongoing Updates Email

Set up an email template or automation for program updates/announcements

5. Daily Program Email Automation

Configure a daily automated email sequence

Emails must send one per day once the program begins

Timing, sequencing, and logic must be correct (no missed or doubled sends)

6. Facebook Integration

Ensure Facebook is correctly connected as the lead source

Confirm tracking, tagging, and automation triggers are functioning

Requirements

Proven experience with Mailchimp automations

Experience integrating Facebook Lead Ads with Mailchimp

Ability to explain setup clearly (so I can manage it later)

Detail-oriented and reliable

Nice to Have

Experience setting up pilot programs or challenges

Understanding of customer journeys and sequencing
