Long-Term Lead Generation Partner for Social Media Marketing Agency (Revenue Share)

I’m building a Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA) focused on E-commerce and Fitness brands. I’m looking for a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist who wants to grow with me on a performance/revenue-share model instead of upfront pay.
That means:
You bring in qualified leads (gym owners, e-commerce store owners, etc.)
I (and my team) handle outreach, sales calls, and service delivery
When the client signs and pays, you get a percentage of the revenue every month
What I’m looking for:
Experience with finding business owners’ emails, phone numbers, or social media contacts
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Google Search, Facebook Ads Library, Apollo, etc.
Ability to generate a list of qualified prospects (not random emails)
Someone reliable who wants to build a long-term partnership
Must be able to speak both Hindi and English (for better communication with Indian & international prospects)
Revenue Model:
No upfront pay.
You’ll receive a fixed percentage (%) of the monthly service fee for every client you help bring in.
Example: If a client pays $2,000/month, and your share is 10%, you get $200/month as long as that client stays.
