Hybrid Paid Ad Manager and Lead Generator
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
We’re hiring a freelancer to post/run ads and generate clients for our company. This is a hybrid payment role:
Fixed payment for ad posting/management, and
Commission for every client who pays us from your leads.
Our goal is to get real, paying clients (not just messages).
What you’ll do
Create and post ads to attract clients (your suggested platforms: Facebook/Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Write ad copy and suggest creatives (we can provide brand assets)
Target the right audience and optimize to improve results
Share leads and track which clients came from your ads
Weekly updates: leads, conversions, cost, and improvements
Payment (Fixed + Commission)
Fixed pay for ad posting/management (weekly/monthly — to be agreed)
Commission paid only after the client purchases and we receive payment
We will track referrals through a unique tracking link/coupon code/lead sheet/CRM
What we need from you
Experience running ads that generate leads/sales
Proof of results (screenshots or portfolio)
Honest marketing only (no spam/fake leads)
Good communication and reporting
