We are looking for a skilled freelance Meta Ads specialist to help us run Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our custom cabinetry and interior solution business.

MIXS Home is a direct factory specializing in custom-made whole-house cabinetry and interior solutions. We serve customers across Peninsular Malaysia and focus on quality craftsmanship, practical design, and full-service support from design to installation.
Scope of Work
* Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
* Create lead generation campaigns targeting homeowners, renovation clients, interior designers, and property-related audiences
* Set up and optimize campaigns for WhatsApp enquiries, lead forms, and appointment bookings
* Advise on ad creatives, copywriting angles, audience targeting, and campaign structure
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion rate
* Provide weekly reports with clear insights and improvement suggestions
* Help with retargeting strategy for people who engaged with our page, ads, website, or WhatsApp
Requirements
* Proven experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads management
* Experience in lead generation campaigns is a must
* Experience in renovation, interior design, property, furniture, home living, or high-ticket services will be an advantage
* Able to show past results, portfolio, or case studies
* Understand how to target quality leads, not just generate cheap enquiries
* Familiar with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversion API, and campaign tracking
* Able to communicate clearly and provide honest recommendations
* Able to work with English and Chinese content will be an advantage
