Fix Facebook & WhatsApp Verification

My Facebook profile shows as verified, yet the verification does not carry over to every service I rely on. In Facebook Ads Manager the account is marked “restricted,” and on WhatsApp I am unable to complete the required business verification. I need someone who already understands Facebook Business Manager, Meta support channels, and the quirks of cross-service verification to get both of these assets fully cleared.
The goal is straightforward: lift the restriction in Ads Manager so ads can run again, and secure the green-check confirmation for my WhatsApp account.
