Fix Disabled Meta Ad Manager -- 2

My Meta Business account still opens, but the moment I try to enter Ads Manager I get the dreaded “Account disabled” notice. I can’t create, edit, or view any campaigns, and Facebook’s self-service suggestions haven’t moved the needle.

I need someone who already knows the internal appeal / verification flow, Policy Manager, Business Settings, and any supporting Meta forms. The immediate goal is simple: restore full Ads Manager functionality under the same business ID without losing historical data or pixel connections.

Deliverables
• Successful re-enablement of the Ads Manager seat so I can launch ads again.
• A brief outline (bullet points are fine) of what was changed or submitted and any future compliance steps I should follow so the issue doesn’t repeat.
