Fix Critical Facebook Problem
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m dealing with a Facebook problem that’s preventing me from verifying who I am even though I have run Facebook Ads in the past and currently without issue.
But for some reason on this new client page I added under my account we are getting this error:
"We can’t give you access to this account or help with your request until we receive an accepted form of ID that matches the information listed on the account. Learn more about the types of ID we accept in the Help Center:
https://www.facebook.com/help/159096464162185?ref=cr"
I have tries google search but can't find the reason why. I tried uploading my own ID and also my clients ID but still fails. Am I missing something?
