Facebook Wizard

I am looking for a Facebook Wizard. They are about to delete my account. Any attempt at password change or ID submission always ends up exactly the same NOT with email confirmation but with a TEXT confirmation. The text never arrives! Somone with this exact experience would be needed. Not 'hacking' as such but certainly navigating the loop that this automated protocol has caught me in.

Much future work prospectively but this is urgent and also seems to impact Google Ads. Thanks.
