Facebook Reels Campaign For Browser App

I have developed a new mobile browser app (Android) which is lightweight, fast, and focused on privacy & unrestricted browsing. Now I want to promote this app using Facebook Reels Ads.

The main goal:
- Create attractive short video ads (Reels style)
- Add Install button (Play Store link) under the Reel
- Run targeted ads to reach young users who love entertainment, private browsing, and video content
- Optimize for maximum installs with minimum cost

What I’m looking for:
- Someone experienced in Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong knowledge in Reels ad creatives and targeting
- Ability to set up conversion tracking (Installs, Clicks)
- Previous experience in promoting apps is a big plus
