Performance Bonus
$50 USD monthly bonus (Consistency Bonus)
Bonus is paid ONLY if:
All daily tasks are completed every workday
Daily checklists are submitted every day
SOP is followed exactly every day
No warnings or rule violations
If rules are broken, the bonus is not paid.
You will post short videos three times per day (morning, midday, evening) on workdays only, using the same schedule each day. All content and captions are provided. Do not post everything at once.
