Objective:
We are looking for an experienced Ads Specialist to run paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to grow our Telegram channel and bring targeted, high-quality members.

Responsibilities

Create and run Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns to promote our Telegram channel

Research and target the right audience (India-based, interested in deals/shopping)

Manage daily ad budgets

Design engaging ad creatives (images + primary text + headline)

Optimize campaigns for best results (CTR, CPC, and conversions)

Ensure all campaigns comply with Facebook Ads policies

Track and report campaign performance regularly

Requirements

Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager

Prior experience promoting Telegram channels (preferred)

Strong understanding of audience targeting and ad optimization

Performance-focused mindset

Good communication skills (English/Hindi)

Ability to share regular updates and reports

Deliverables

Daily or weekly performance reports

Steady growth in Telegram channel members

Campaign structure details (audience, ad sets, creatives, budget, etc.)

Budget
