Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run Pratika Adlabs, a performance-focused digital agency, and I’m ready to hand the day-to-day Facebook and Instagram advertising work to a reliable specialist. I need one point person who can jump in right away, manage both new and existing campaigns, and keep results climbing for our roster of local brands.
Here’s what you’ll tackle:
• Audit current ad accounts, spot wasted spend, and document quick wins.
• Build fresh campaigns from scratch where gaps exist, handling audience research, detailed targeting, and event tracking.
• Run continual optimisation: bid strategy tweaks, budget re-allocation, creative testing, and A/B experiments.
• Prepare concise weekly performance reports—ROAS, CPL, CPA, and clear next-step insights—pulled straight from Meta Ads Manager.
You’ll get access to all existing ad assets; if something’s missing, create a brief or simple mock-up so our design team can turn it around fast. When you see an opportunity to launch a new angle, outline the creative concept and hook, then roll it out once approved.
What success looks like:
• Consistent drop in cost-per-lead / cost-per-sale within the first month.
• Documented test results that guide ongoing creative iterations.
• Transparent reporting delivered every Friday without reminders.
Experience with Google Ads is a plus—I may expand the scope there once Facebook and Instagram performance is dialled in.
If scaling budgets, experimenting with new formats (Reels, Advantage+ Shopping), and hitting aggressive KPIs sounds exciting, let’s talk.
