Facebook Headhunter for Geopolitical Experts
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a seasoned head-hunter who can plan, create, and launch recruitment ads that will entice senior-level analysts and consultants with deep expertise in international relations and geopolitics. Facebook is my primary focus for the first wave of ads, though I’m open to mirroring high-performing campaigns on LinkedIn and Indeed once the core message is proven.
The talent we want to attract will have a proven track record in similar roles and the credibility that comes from working closely with human-resources teams or directly managing recruitment funnels. Your job is to make sure these senior professionals actually notice, click, and apply.
What I need from you
• Audience research and precise targeting settings for Facebook (and, if useful, LinkedIn/Indeed)
• Compelling ad copy and visuals that speak to senior analysts and consultants
• A/B testing plan with clear KPIs so we can refine quickly
• Weekly performance reports highlighting reach, CTR, and qualified lead volume
• Suggestions on budget distribution and timeline for scaling once the ads convert
Acceptance criteria
1. At least three ad variations live on Facebook within the first week.
2. Minimum of 15 qualified senior-level applications in the initial 30-day period.
3. Transparent, data-driven recommendations for expanding to LinkedIn and Indeed.
