Facebook Ads with mobile lead generation

I need to create a facebook ad that brings leads in but also whatever info the user types in then the 2nd stage is for an automated message to be sent out by either email or text (their cell) whichever method they chose to receive more info.

Can this be generated automatically and linked both as a facebook ad and then by automatic email or automatic text?
