Job Title: Facebook Ads Manager (Philippines Only)
Hourly Rate: Up to $15 AUD/hour (≈ $10 USD), inclusive of all transaction costs

Objective:
We are looking to hire a skilled Facebook Ads Manager from the Philippines who can help us manage and optimize ad campaigns within our set budget, while delivering measurable results. Our goal is to identify 3–5 shortlisted experts who meet our performance, communication, and budget requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve KPIs (CPL, ROAS, conversions).
• Provide regular reports with performance insights and recommendations.
• Communicate updates clearly and professionally in English.
• Join weekly video calls and provide asynchronous updates (EOD summaries, reports, etc.) using our systems.
Required Skills & Tools
• Proven experience in managing successful Facebook Ads campaigns (please provide real results such as portfolio links, CPL or ROAS performance screenshots or reports, confirmation of Google Workspace use & current availability).
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, and scaling campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
