We are looking to hire a reliable assistant to help with daily operations inside our Facebook ads agency.
**Main tasks:**
* Assist clients through Facebook Business Manager / Ads Manager
* Manage pixels, pages, permissions, access requests, adding/removing users
* Help troubleshoot general Facebook Ads / BM issues
* Keep all client data organized and updated in Google Sheets
**Requirements:**
* Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
* Comfortable handling pixels, pages, permissions, and access settings
* Good Google Sheets skills
* Good English level
* Very reliable and careful — no room for mistakes
* Fast, responsive, and active for around 9 hours per day
* Able to manage many tasks at once without getting overwhelmed
