About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Ads Expert who can help run and optimize ads campaigns to grow our audience and engagement on a results-only commission basis.
Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and run Facebook Ads for page growth and content reach
Optimize campaigns to attract real, engaged followers and increase watch time
Track and report performance metrics (followers, watch minutes, revenue)
Suggest targeting strategies and content optimization to maximize ad performance
Work collaboratively to scale the page to monetization milestones
Requirements
Proven experience running Facebook ads for content pages (preferably faceless/viral content)
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, CTR optimization, and engagement growth
Ability to analyze metrics and adjust campaigns for performance
Good communication skills and reliability
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
Commission Structure
$2–$5 per 1,000 real followers gained
$20 per 50,000 watch minutes generated
5–10% of revenue generated after monetization (ad revenue / affiliate revenue)
Payment is strictly based on verified results via Meta reporting.
