Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Setup Specialist Needed
Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to set up our Facebook and Instagram advertising accounts from scratch and prepare them for launching our first advertising campaign.
We already have all of the creative assets, including professionally designed images and short-form video reels. We are not looking for a designer—we need someone to correctly configure our Meta advertising infrastructure and launch an initial campaign following best practices.
Scope of Work
The successful freelancer will be responsible for the following:
1. Meta Business Setup
Create and configure a Meta Business Manager account (if required)
Connect our Facebook Business Page
Connect our Instagram Business Account
Create and configure a Meta Ad Account
Ensure all permissions and account access are correctly configured
2. Billing & Payment Setup
Configure the advertising payment method
Verify billing settings
Ensure the account is ready to spend on advertising
3. Campaign Setup
Create our first Meta advertising campaign, including:
Recommend the most suitable campaign objective
Create campaign structure
Create Ad Sets
Create Ads using our supplied images and reels
Write or improve ad copy if required
Configure headlines, descriptions and CTA buttons
Set audience targeting
Configure placements
Configure budget (we will provide the budget)
Configure campaign schedule
4. Tracking & Best Practices
Advise and configure (where applicable):
Meta Pixel (if required)
Conversion tracking
Events Manager
Business verification (if needed)
Recommendations for future campaigns
5. Testing
Before completion, ensure:
Ads are approved (or ready for review)
Payment method is working
Campaign is ready to launch
No account configuration issues remain
