I’m looking for an experienced Facebook and Instagram Ads expert to help run and manage paid ad campaigns for my business. The goal is to increase brand awareness, reach potential customers, and generate quality leads/sales.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Research and define the target audience
• Create engaging ad creatives (images, videos, and copy)
• Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for best ROI
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance
Requirements:
• Proven experience in running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Creative mindset for designing effective ad content
• Good communication skills and reliability
Bonus Skills:
• Experience in A/B testing
• Knowledge of retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
