Experienced Facebook Ads Manager Needed
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need a hands-on Facebook Ads specialist who can take full ownership of our campaigns from ideation through scaling. You’ll be setting up the account structure, building and launching ads, refining audiences, and continually testing creative angles, bidding tactics, and placements to squeeze every bit of performance from our budget.
Clear weekly reporting is critical—impressions, clicks, cost per lead, ROAS, plus your insights on what worked and what you’ll tweak next. I already have pixels installed and a defined funnel; your job is to feed that funnel with quality traffic and leads while keeping acquisition costs low.
Because we often run several initiatives in parallel, you must be comfortable juggling multiple ad sets and objectives at once without losing focus on the data. If you have a proven track record of turning underperforming accounts into consistent winners, I’d love to see examples and hear how you did it.
Deliverables
• Campaign setup and audience research
• Ongoing optimization and split-testing
• Weekly performance dashboard + commentary
• Strategy recommendations for the next sprint
Let me know your approach, relevant case studies, and the metrics you’re most proud of improving.
