Urgently seeking a Meta Ads expert (freelancer or certified agency) to create a brand new, clean Business Manager and Meta advertising account (Facebook/Instagram Ads), as my personal account was permanently restricted years ago and is unrecoverable. The goal is to set up a professional system to launch and manage ad campaigns for my clients, avoiding future blocks linked to my banned profile.
Specific Requirements:
1. Create a new Business Manager from scratch with a neutral business entity (no use of my personal account).
2. Set up a fresh ad account, pixel, pages, and corporate payment method.
3. Invite me as a partner/advertiser with limited permissions so I can work on it risk-free.
