We are a Berlin-based aesthetic clinic seeking a highly strategic and innovative Growth Marketing Partner to help us scale our client acquisition and retention systems. Key Responsibilities:
1. Tailored Growth Strategy Development:
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of our target audience, competitors, and market trends.
- Develop a customized growth marketing plan aligned with our clinic's unique value proposition and objectives.
2. High-Impact Funnel Creation:
- Design and implement optimized lead-generation funnels in GoHighLevel, including personalized opt-in pages, nurturing sequences (SMS/email), appointment scheduling workflows, and follow-up systems.
3. Strategic Ad Campaigns:
- Build and manage highly targeted Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns with bespoke creatives and messaging tailored to our audience.
- Perform advanced audience segmentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
4. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:
- Set up robust tracking systems (pixel events, offline conversions synced back to Meta).
- Provide detailed weekly reports with actionable insights on leads generated, consultations booked, and revenue impact.
