CLOSER + ADS MANAGER (COMMISSION ONLY)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
Inbound and outbound sales-ready leads are already booked on the calendar. Your job is to turn conversations into paying clients and then scale them with profitable Facebook ad campaigns.
This role is for a performance-driven Facebook Ads Closer who wants full ownership of the revenue cycle. You will close the deal, launch the ads, optimize for conversions, and retain the account month after month. One focus only: sales and measurable ROI.
How you get paid
You earn 35% of all revenue from every client you close and manage, paid monthly and recurring for as long as the account stays active. Clients pay ad spend directly, so your commission is based purely on service revenue.
Your day-to-day
Handle scheduled inbound calls and qualified follow-ups
Close businesses on paid Facebook advertising services
Build, test, and scale conversion-focused Facebook campaigns
Optimize performance, track KPIs, and report clear results
This is a commission-only role for people who bet on their skill. If you have real experience, you’ll be rewarded accordingly.
