We are a Brazilian fitness consulting company established since 2012 that has transformed thousands of students' lives. With over 1 million engaged followers on Instagram, our current focus is to increase sales through our Instagram presence, ad manager, advanced tracking, and other techniques detailed below. While our social media content and ads are in Portuguese, we have everything properly documented and translated for international collaboration.
Our advertising budget is VARIABLE, typically ranging between US$ 5,000 and US$ 8,000 per month, but this can change depending on performance and seasonality. We're open to adjusting the budget based on results.
We're looking for a long-term partnership with a digital marketing specialist to enhance our growth strategy. This is NOT a one-time job, but a continuous monthly engagement with fixed + variable income.
### Essential Requirements
- Advanced experience with Business Manager/Meta Ads
- Deep knowledge of ADVANCED tracking, pixels, view tags and custom events
- Proven experience in the FITNESS INDUSTRY (not e-commerce, retail, etc.)
- Continuous analysis and optimization capabilities
- Experience analyzing content effectiveness (videos, landing pages, messaging)
- SOLID strategy for follower growth (we know we're wasting budget in this area)
- Ability to understand the particularities of online fitness consulting
### What We Offer
- Initial compensation: R$ 2,500/month (fixed)
- Performance bonus: up to R$ 2,500/month (variable)

We have a dedicated server, WordPress platform for customers, PHP/JavaScript/Python programming. We use WhatsApp Business API (WABA) for customer service and sales flow. We work with developers, use AI and APIs. We have deep knowledge of programming and systems, but we need someone at the "hacker level" to advance with us.

- Priority for experience in online fitness consulting
