face recogition comparison

I'd need someone to creat a small site that will run several face recognition tools next to each other.
What i need is a site with 3-4 "windows" where a stream is beeing shown. all should show the same stream, (from a web cam) an check the stream for a give face from picture. if the picture is detected the "window" should get a green border, if not the border should be red.
the picture to look for should be uploaded on that site.
