Face-Recognition Attendance System -- 2
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a complete face-recognition attendance solution for a school environment that runs natively on Windows and works with ordinary USB webcams mounted at each classroom door.
The application should:
• Detect and recognise registered students in real time using the live webcam feed, automatically marking them present once a confident match is achieved.
• Store enrolment images and student data in a local database, with an easy interface for adding, updating, or removing profiles.
• Generate daily and monthly attendance reports (CSV / Excel) that can be filtered by class, date, or individual student.
• Provide an admin dashboard protected by login, where teachers can review logs, correct mis-identifications, and export data.
I expect at least 95 % recognition accuracy under normal classroom lighting, face detection within two seconds, and smooth operation on a typical mid-range Windows PC without a dedicated GPU. OpenCV, Python, TensorFlow, or equivalent libraries are fine as long as the final installer is simple for non-technical staff.
Deliverables:
1. Compiled Windows installer and all source code.
2. Database schema and initial setup script.
3. Brief user manual (PDF) and a one-page technical guide for future maintenance.
4. Remote assistance for first-time installation and a short live demo showing it working with my test webcam.
