Resolve 9th Cycle Local Law 11 Summons

School building, currently facing a problematic situation. The 9th Cycle Local Law 11 inspection report is missing and received a summons due to that. Unfortunately, my memory about previous inspections or reports remains foggy. However, I have a written notice related to my received summons at my disposal.
