Modern Red Brick Facade Layout Design support
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are seeking an experienced façade designer or draftsman to develop a build-ready brick layout package for our commercial development.
The goal is to create an accurate and constructible brick pattern coordinated with existing window openings and aluminum framing, using minimal brick module sizes and minimizing unnecessary cut pieces.
Scope of Work:
Prepare scaled façade elevation drawings showing the full running-bond brick layout, aligned precisely with window and joint grids.
Indicate control joints, vertical coursing, and mortar gaps (10 mm) across the entire elevation.
Optimize brick placement to reduce the number and variety of cut bricks, ensuring modular continuity between openings.
Provide section details to confirm bond alignment, window reveals, and lintel/sill conditions.
Deliver color renderings or 3D views to visualize how the brick layout integrates with the glass and aluminum frames.
Include a brief specification sheet with:
Brick size & Color: Full brick – 220 mm × 105 mm x 70 mm (length x width x height) - Firelight Satin
Mortar joint: 10 mm (horizontal and vertical)
Recommended joint profile for a clean, modern look
Provide a concise take-off summary indicating full, half, and cut brick quantities for supplier coordination.
