Facade Quantity Survey & BOQ
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a detail-oriented quantity surveyor to take my commercial project’s AutoCAD plans and elevations and extract precise façade quantities. Your focus will be on Steel and Aluminium panels only; no structural or interior take-offs are required.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A clear digital take-off showing how every façade panel and steel member was measured, with references back to each drawing.
• An itemised Bill of Quantities in Excel (or similar) that I can forward straight to suppliers, ready for pricing.
• All calculations and assumptions documented so the figures can be audited later without reopening the drawings.
Accuracy is critical, so please be comfortable working directly in AutoCAD and cross-checking elevations, sections and schedules. If you use dedicated take-off tools (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift) let me know—speed is welcome as long as the numbers are rock-solid.
Send a brief note on similar façade jobs you’ve completed and the turnaround time I can expect once you receive the DWGs.
