Exterior House Remodel Rendering

I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a detailed rendering for an exterior remodel of my house. The project should include design ideas, landscaping, and outdoor living spaces.

Key requirements:
- Facade Design: Create a facade, using a variety of materials to compliment and improve the current architectural qualities. We are looking to replace/remove the roofing on the front of the house and improve the curb appeal.
- Landscaping: create a budget friendly improvement
- Outdoor Living Spaces: Design functional and inviting front deck that is the length of the house and has minimum rail with natural colors to match the environment and accent the house.
This is not a building that will be sold, so long lasting /long term improvements are needed.
I like simplicity, clean lines. I’m keeping a low budget in mind so structural changes need to be minimal.
