Project Requirement: Facade Design Improvement
1. Project Overview
Im developing a residential building in Riyadh under Wadi Hanifa Code. The goal is to design an elegant and modern facade that combines Salmani architectural principles with functional modern design.
2. Current Status
• Base schematics (floor layout, balcony positions, door placement, window sizes) are available.
• Preliminary facade concept already includes Salmani & Najdi touches, but needs refinement for elegance, proportion, and modern lighting as i dont like the current facade and require improvement
• The building structure is set; only facade elements can be modified (finishes, materials, lighting, decorative details).
3. Scope of Work
The freelancer should:
Review existing schematics & concept images provided.
Propose facade improvements, keeping cultural and modern balance.
Provide 3D rendered visualizations (day & night views).
Suggest materials & finishes (stone, aluminum, glass, lighting, railing styles).
Ensure Salmani principles:
• Symmetry & proportionality.
• Warm stone/beige tones.
• Geometric Najdi-inspired aluminum detailing.
• Elegant, modern yet rooted identity.
Lighting design:
• Warm, soft tones.
• Hidden frame lighting around aluminum/glass.
• Uplighting for wall plants and base.
4. Deliverables
• 3D renders (front facade – day & night).
• Material board (textures, colors, finishes).
• Optional: Short animation/walkthrough of facade.
• Editable design file (SketchUp, Revit, or CAD, depending on freelancer skillset).
5. Budget & Timeline
• Budget: To be discussed (flexible depending on quality & scope).
Timeline: Initial concepts within 1 weeks; final delivery within 3 weeks.

• Previous facade concept (with aluminum frames, lighting, balconies, and Salmani touches).
• Riyadh’s Salmani architecture references.
• Mix of modern elegance + traditional Najdi details.
