Commercial Facade Design & Quotation Support
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a set of architectural drawings and a detailed BOQ for a new commercial development, and I need a facade specialist who can step in, read the documents quickly, and turn them into a fully worked-out facade package and quotation.
Scope of work
– Review the drawings and BOQ I provide, clarifying any missing information up front.
– Propose a facade solution that balances the three priorities for this project: striking aesthetic appeal, strong energy efficiency, and long-term durability with low maintenance.
– Work primarily with a glass and aluminum palette (I am open to refined metal systems if they achieve the same visual language).
– Optimise panel sizes, fixing systems, thermal breaks, and waterproofing details, making sure everything lines up with current codes and best practice.
– Prepare a clear, itemised quotation that I can forward to my contractor, including material take-offs, labour assumptions, and lead times.
Deliverables
• Mark-up set or revised facade drawings (DWG + PDF)
• Summary design report highlighting key calculations, U-values, and maintenance rationale
• Bill of quantities updated to match your design
• Itemised cost quotation in Excel
Acceptance criteria
The package must align with the original architectural intent, stay within ±5 % of the BOQ quantities, meet local energy code requirements, and be submitted ready for pricing in one pass—no major re-work.
If you have a solid track record with curtain walls or unitised glass-and-aluminium systems and can turn this around efficiently, let’s get started right away.
