Certification of a financial statements

We have recently formed two companies that are in the process of applying for a Home Warranty License. Regulator is requiring that the financial statements should be certified by an external audit firm.
The financial statements are fairly basic as the only entries are the capitalization of the company (please find attached). Worth mentioned that company has not activity nor employees, yet.
Based upon the above just wondering whether you can assist us with this and if so what will be the fee applicable.
