Scope of Services: To participate as an Auditor to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the governance, risk management and controls of the Gas Processing in line with objectives and requirements. The scope of the audit will cover the following processes: -
1. Production planning
2. Operations Control, Monitoring and Reporting
3. Operational Process Incidents Management and Unscheduled Outages
4. Business Continuity Management

Services required:
• Perform audit work in accordance with internal auditing standards and IIA Standards.
• Review, understand and execute the audit program to meet the audit objectives.
• Document the audit testing results in a timely manner, with high quality and adequate working papers (using templates provided).
• Audit findings/observations to be well documented in Audit Memos with adequate supporting documentation.
• Discuss and agree the potential observations/ gaps identified with the Lead Auditor on a timely basis.
• Discuss and agree with the auditee/client the agreed observations/ gaps.
• Document Audit Memos (within 2 days from their identification and agreement) and have them approved by the Lead Auditor and Head.

Audit Areas to be covered The relevant audit or Engineering (Gas Processing) experience is required to cover the following audit scope areas:
1. Production planning
• Production plan and reporting
2. Operations Control, Monitoring and Reporting
• Alarm management, Process parameters setting, Trips, Overrides and Control
• Shift management process.
• Routine testing
• Standing instructions and normalization
• Chemical planning, consumption, and storage management
• Shutdown, Startup, Pre-startup sequence
• Measurement Systems
• Utilities Management
3. Operational Process Incidents Management and Unscheduled Outages
• Plant trip and equipment failure investigation (initial reviews only)
4. Business Continuity Management
• Emergency shutdown process
• Emergency drills (planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring)
• Business continuity response plan/ strategies, Business impact assessment and Risk analysis
• Competency management and training

•Mesaieed Operations location. The Contractor staff will be expected to mobilize to the assigned location.
