Living Room & Exterior Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am updating my home and need a complete design package that covers two areas: the living room interior and the general exterior of the property.
For the living room, I want a fresh Modern look—clean lines, a balanced colour palette, and practical furniture layouts that feel airy yet welcoming. I expect a floor plan with clear zoning for seating, media and storage, a mood-board that shows the exact finishes, and photorealistic 3-D renders so I can visualise the space before I start purchasing.
Alongside that, I also need an exterior concept that ties in visually with the new interior. The goal is to enhance kerb appeal while ensuring the outside feels coherent with the modern style indoors. Elevation sketches, material suggestions and lighting placement should all be part of the package so I can hand the design directly to my contractor.
Please include in your proposal the software you prefer to work in (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) and the file formats you will hand over. If you have a concise timeline and a portfolio showing comparable modern living room and exterior projects, even better—I am ready to move forward as soon as I find the right match.
