I’m ready to move forward with a complete design solution that covers both the inside and outside of my project. Because the brief intentionally leaves style and purpose open, I’m looking for a versatile designer who can listen first, then translate ideas into thoughtful plans, renders, and specifications that suit the space—whether residential, commercial, or something in-between.

Here’s what I need from you:
• An initial consultation so I can walk you through the site, share photos or plans, and outline functional goals.
• Concept development with mood boards and sketches that explore at least two style directions (modern, traditional, eclectic, or a hybrid we create together).
• Detailed interior and exterior layouts, lighting concepts, material and color palettes, and 3D visualizations that clearly communicate the final look.
• A concise package of drawings and specs that contractors can execute without guesswork.
• Two rounds of revisions after each major phase so we can fine-tune every detail.

Proficiency with industry-standard tools—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar—is essential, and I value clear, prompt communication throughout the process.
