I’m developing a small-scale hospitality property and need a complete concept package that covers both the interiors and the exterior envelope. Indoors, the scope spans the lobby, guest rooms and dining area; everything should feel cohesive under a clean, modern aesthetic. I’m looking for space planning, mood boards, material and colour palettes, furniture/fixture specifications and photorealistic visualisations that clearly communicate the guest journey from check-in to dining.
The brief also includes exterior treatment. While I will confirm exact touch-points together, expect to refine the façade and any outdoor social zones so they echo the same modern language carried inside. Material suggestions, lighting concepts and annotated elevation drawings will be essential here.
Deliverables
• Scaled floor plans and reflected ceiling plans (PDF + CAD)
• 3–5 high-quality renders for each key interior space
• Exterior elevations with material call-outs and one hero render
• FF&E schedule with sourcing links or regional equivalents
• A consolidated presentation document suitable for investor review
Acceptance criteria
The final package should be build-ready, align with local code where applicable, and be organised so contractors can price directly from your documents.
