Fast Chief Architect Exterior Modeling Required

You’ll receive clean 2D floor-plan PDFs for each project and your only task is to turn them into an accurate exterior-only model in Chief Architect. Walls, doors, windows, story heights, fascia, soffits, and—most importantly—the exact roof geometry all need to match the plan. Skip every interior element, skip landscaping, and don’t bother with any renders or camera views; I just need the native .plan file so I can export it downstream.

Plan sizes change from job to job—sometimes under 2,000 sq ft, sometimes well above—but the scope stays the same: complete exterior shell plus roof, nothing else. Because these models feed a fast workflow, I need each one back within a few hours at a budget-friendly rate so I can queue several per week.
