Exterior Facade Design Upgrade

We are seeking an experienced exterior design professional to assist with a high-end waterfront project requiring exterior improvements.

The scope of work will focus on elevating the external design to reflect a luxury, premium finish appropriate for a waterfront property.

Key Requirement:

The most critical criterion for this role is demonstrated prior experience designing high-end luxury homes, particularly premium or waterfront residences. Applicants must be able to showcase a strong portfolio of comparable projects.

Scope of Works May Include:

Exterior façade design and material selection
Landscaping concepts suitable for a waterfront setting
External finishes, lighting, and overall streetscape appeal
Coordination with existing consultants where required

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in luxury residential design
Strong understanding of high-end materials and finishes
Experience with waterfront or prestige properties highly regarded
Ability to deliver refined, timeless, and cohesive exterior concepts
