Convert Chrome Extension to Safari Extension

We have an existing Chrome Extension that we need to convert to Safari. We do not need to change anything, we just need the exact same functionality and same extension but converted to XCode and made to work in Safari. We need an expert who is very familiar and experienced with Safari extension to make sure their build and manifest will be acceptable to Apple when in review. This is an urgent project. I have attached the unpacked Chrome extension in ZIP format which needs to be converted.
